Parking surfaces, both ground level and elevated, are a constant source of maintenance problems. This ordinarily entails working after regular business hours and, often during what are typically third shift hours, coordinating with staff to cause as little disruption to everyone's scheduling as possible. Environmentally, when working in or around health care facilities, it is very important to be conscious of the dangers of solvent-based materials, due not only to the unpleasant odors associated with them but the danger of respiratory problems for already fragile patients.
